Conditioners for your hair

It’s enough to use this or that shampoo just for a couple of times to come to the conclusion that it doesn’t suit your hair. But in order to understand that the shampoo is right, it is necessary to use it on a regular basis for several weeks. The right shampoo makes your hair healthy and strong. Besides, a good shampoo should remove static electricity from your hair. But what’s most important is that the shampoo of your choice should nourish you hair with proteins, vitamins and other necessary nutrients, as well as it should deliver a sufficient amount of moisture to your headskin and your hair.

Anyways, in order to strengthen the effect it is recommended to put some conditioner on your hair after washing it with a shampoo. The conditioner carries out several functions: it facilitates hair drying, make it easier to comb, and gives it more elasticity. It is better to use shampoo and conditioner of the same brand, as they correspond to each other in terms of composition and formula, and they bring the best result if applied together. A combination of shampoos and conditioners of different brands and types won’t do your hair any good, and in many cases it leads to allergic reactions.

Quite often the conditioner is contained in the shampoo ‘2 in 1’, but it is not the best option. Separate use of shampoos and conditioners is much more effective. There are also many special treatments to restore damaged and lost hair: they have a fast restoring and nutritious action on hair follicles. In comparison with them, hair masks have a longer, fuller and deeper medical effect and are usually applied for 15-20 minutes once or twice a week.

Tips to choose the right shampoo

Now it’s time to speak about the main thing – how to pick up the necessary means to wash your hair. First, you should know that soap is never an option here: it completely destroys protective water-lipidic emulsive coat that covers both hair and headskin. That’s why your hair becomes too dry and dim after such washing, it is diffucult to comb and easily damaged. Moreover, it can result in hair loss.

Use modern shampoos instead. They effectively and safely wash out dirt, dust, grease, and scales. They don’t cause such harm as the soap does because they are subacidic what’s quite natural for our headskin and hair.

Follow this rule while choosing a shampoo – simply read carefully the label on the bottle and use that one which is intended for your type of hair. After a while analyze the results. If you hair is clean and shining, if it is not greasy or dry, if it is combed with ease, it doesn’t come out extensively and your scalp feels good, then you’ve made the right choice. Otherwise, you’d better try another shampoo.

There’s a statement that it’s necessary to change the type of shampoo from time to time. Well, it’s not correct: if you have picked up the shampoo that suits you at best, use it all the time. Only if the condition of your hair has changed you should pick up another one.
